SoLi Fitness Online Personal Training Solutions (O.P.T.S.)

Though I would love to meet and work with every individual whom is interested in Personal Training through SoLi Fitness, I know that this is not a reality. People have busy lives. There are time constraints, location or proximity barriers and a host of other reasons why meeting face-to-face to do a personal training session would not work.

Though these reasons may exist, they do not have to demotivate or affect one’s desire to get healthier and more fit. For this reason, I have created the SoLi Fitness Online Personal Training Solutions, or O.P.T.S. This online service aims to keep the personal touch, while equipping individuals with the necessary information, workouts and accountability to reach their goals from the comforts of their own home or gym.

Taking a Further Look

Through the SoLi Fitness O.P.T.S. you can choose from one of two options:

Option 1 - Dedicated Client Centered Workouts

Your workout will be designed according to the information collected in the prepared forms (Medical and Exercise History, Lifestyle, etc.) and the video call. You will receive workouts reflecting the equipment that you have access to, and the time that you have available to workout. Each workout will have accompanying exercise video demonstrations or images to be used as a quick reference guide. You get to do these workouts on your time, whenever it's convenient for you.

*Clients must have access to Facebook OR email to receive their workouts.

Option 2 - Virtual Personal Training Sessions

These sessions are full 55 or 30 minute sessions conducted virtually through an online service. With this option, you get the benefits of accountability, form correction, workout routine adjustments and changes, live conversation and your Personal Trainer's motivational energy all from the comfort or your own home or fitness center.

This is when we get to chat. This is when you get to ask your questions. If you wanted to know what are some of the pros and cons about online training, this is your opportunity to ask a Certified Personal Trainer. You may be surprised at some of the benefits of doing virtual personal training. If from that discussion, Online Personal Training sounds like it may be an option for you, we get to discuss next steps.
