Get Started

Though I would love to meet and work with every individual whom is interested in Personal Training through SoLi Fitness, I know that this is not a reality. People have busy lives. There are time constraints, location or proximity barriers and a host of other reasons why meeting face-to-face to do a personal training session would not work.

Though these reasons may exist, they do not have to demotivate or affect one’s desire to get healthier and more fit. For this reason, I have created this Online Personal Training Service. This online service aims to keep the personal touch, while equipping individuals with the necessary information, workouts and accountability to reach their goals from the comforts of their own home or gym.

Taking a Further Look

Your personal workouts will be designed according to the information given in the prepared forms. These forms include: Preparation and Readiness Questionnaire, Medical and Exercise History, Lifestyle, Desire and Workout Availability.

*In addition to the forms, any potential client and I will communicate through a short video call where we get to discuss, goals, expectations, obstacles and concerns.


Online Personal Training programs are sold in packages of 3, 6 and 12 workouts. Workouts will reflect the equipment that individuals have access to. **Each workout will have accompanying video demonstrations or images to be used as a quick reference. Clients must have access to email or Facebook to receive their materials.

Nutritional support comes standard with Online Personal Training

Online Clients will receive 20% off Single 1 Hour In-Person sessions

Online Clients will receive encouraging messages and motivational quotes weekly. In addition to these weekly messages, Clients can expect a tri-weekly video call to review, reassess and reenergize their training efforts.

*Video calls can be done through a variety of ways (i.e. Skype, Google Duo, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
**No more than 2 workouts will be provided in a week

The first step is to click the yellow "Get Started" button. There will be a form for you to fill out and submit, and that will get the conversation going. Derrick will get back to you directly to review the information you submit, and discuss the best options for moving forward.
