I am a professional, certified personal trainer. Health is my passion. SoLi Fitness is my company. My family is my motivation. Everyday I celebrate the opportunity I have to help my clients pursue and reach their goals, and this is why SoLi Fitness exists.

Hi, I'm Derrick Johnson, owner and operator of SoLi Fitness. I am a professional fitness trainer. Most of all, I am also a husband, father, son, brother, and friend. My family is very important to me, and as a result, my #1 goal is to stay healthy and active with them for many years to come. My wife and my boys, Solomon and Lincoln, are my biggest motivation, my reason, for fitness.

I bring this motivation to my clients. I know that each person has their reason for pursuing a more fit and healthy life. Therefore, whether you're trying to increase energy and decrease stress, tone up for swimsuit season, or be more active with your children or grandchildren, I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
